The Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, also known as a psychological acupressure technique, is a technique, which can optimize your emotional health. Sometimes, it is simply referred to as "tapping".

How to Eliminate FEAR
This example relates to one particular "cause" of fear ("corona virus") but you can replace and modify the words to reflex your own "cause" of fear that relates to your feeling of fear.

You can’t control what’s going on in the world right now, but you can control how you respond to it. There is a difference between reacting and responding. If you let what’s in the news control you, you’ll be consumed with FEAR. That can badly reflect on how you feel on the physical level. EFT can help you to eliminate the vibrations of FEAR from you body's energy system and can bring immediate relief.
