If you let what’s in the news control you, you’ll be consumed with FEAR. That can badly reflect on how you feel on the physical level. EFT can help you to eliminate the vibrations of FEAR from you body's energy system and can bring  immediate relief.

The Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, also known as a psychological acupressure technique, is a technique, which can optimize your emotional health. Sometimes, it is simply referred to as "tapping".
